Order Processing

All orders placed with Savage Africa are processed within 14 working days.

Please Note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on the item ordered.
  • Limited edition items, custom orders, and bulk orders may require longer processing times.
  • If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 48 hours, depending on your location and the courier service.

All deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners within South Africa.

Savage Africa is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Not Delivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Please email sales@savageafrica.com within:

  • 24 hours of receiving a “delivered” notification, or
  • 24 hours after the expected delivery date if the order has not arrived.

Failure to report within this time frame may limit our ability to investigate or assist.
